This chair was a surprise for my hubby and was horribly uncomfortable! The rollers just literally lift you out of the chair and were very painful! Amazon on the other hand was AMAZING!! I returned the item and Amazon did everything they could to make me happy and did! Now I'd rather use Amazon than anyone else! Amazon is top notch with their customer service!
