After reading reviews on irons on the Amazon website, I knew this was the iron I wanted due to it's great price, great features and positive reviews. I shopped around locally for the same iron to compare quality but could not find in local stores. I decided to place my order and hoped for the best. I am so happy that I did!
This iron is awesome! I love the cord rewind feature, removeable water reservoir, and incredible output of steam! The low price was the icing on the cake!
I highly recommend the Panasonic Steam/Dry Iron!

This is a great iron for a great price. I iron regularly and have replaced multiple steam irons because they eventually leak and leave stains on the items I'm ironing. I haven't had this long enough to know if it will hold up. I did read the directions and do follow them for cleaning the iron after using it. I like the weight of this iron and the steam it produces. I find filling the water tank easy because you can take it out and fill it at the sink. I bought this iron after reading other people's reviews. So far, so good.Customer Review: Excellent Purchase

Replaced an expensive Rowenta (third one, hundreds of dollars later)with this CHEAP Panasonic. Actually, the ONLY thing cheap was the price. Everything else about this iron .Panasonic NI-C78SR Steam/Dry Iron with Stainless-Steel Soleplate, has surpassed the much more expensive Rowenta. Panasonic really comes through with this iron. It's not exactly light weight, hence this could be its main con; however, I personally like substantial irons, kind of getting a feeling of heaviness while ironing. Lots of good features: auto-reeling cord (at the push of a button), capped water tank, smooth gliding stailess steel plate, a very handy spraying nozzle located at the front of the iron, steam push to freshen dry-cleaned clothes...all for a very reasonable price. I am one of those old fashioned ladies that still irons clothing. I also do alot of sewing and need a reliable iron .I have used and loved my Tfal Avantis 90 for several years but it broke when it fell off the ironing board and I was not able to find another one anywhere. This Panasonic is really wonderful, lots fo steam, light weight, I love the removeable water tank and cord reel and it has a long cord. It is a pleasure to use. The price is reasonable and it arrived quickly. I give it 5 stars!!
