Customer Review: Waste of time and money

I have bought several vacuums in my life, but this is the first really bad experience I have had. This vacuum picks up very little dust/dirt/cat hair or anything else without going over the area numerous times and even then it picks up very little. The handle release does not work unless one gets down on the floor and releases the lever. I have tried to use it twice and both times came away frustrated and angry. Unfortunately the box got thrown away, so I have no way to return the thing.
